All dresses are custom-made and produced specifically for each client.

Because of the personalized nature of our work:

All sales are final

No returns or refunds are accepted once production has started

Minor variations in color, fabric tone, stones, or finishing are considered normal and part of handmade craftsmanship

3. Orders & Production

An order is considered confirmed only after:

Design approval

Measurements confirmation

Payment of the required deposit or full amount

Production times are approximate and may vary depending on complexity, materials, and workload. We always aim to respect agreed timelines, but slight delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

4. Measurements & Client Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for providing accurate measurements.

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect measurements provided by the client

Changes in body shape after measurements are submitted

Alterations requested due to incorrect measurements may involve additional costs.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices are communicated individually and depend on:

Design complexity

Fabrics and crystals

Level of customization

Payments may be requested as:

Deposit + balance

Full payment upfront

All payments are non-refundable once production has begun.

6. Shipping

We ship internationally.

Please note:

Shipping costs are paid by the client

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the client’s responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, sketches, photos, videos, and content belong to Star Dance Clothes.

Clients may not:

Copy or reproduce designs

Use images for commercial purposes without written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.

We are not responsible for:

Competition results

Judging outcomes

Personal injuries or damages arising from use of the product
