REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Custom-Made,Personalized Products & Made to Measure

All dresses produced by Star Dance Clothes are custom-made and personalized according to each client’s:

Measurements

Design specifications

Fabric and crystal selection

For this reason, all orders fall under the legal exception for personalized goods.

Once production has started:

Refunds are not possible

Cancellations are not accepted

2. Order Confirmation & Start of Production

Production begins once:

The design is approved by the client

Measurements are confirmed

A deposit or full payment is received

At this point, the order is considered binding and non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Before Production

If a client wishes to cancel before production has started:

Administrative or design fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Any materials already purchased specifically for the dress may be deducted

Remaining balance, if any, may be refunded at our discretion

Each case is reviewed individually.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits secure your place in our production schedule

Deposits are non-refundable

Full payments are also non-refundable once production has started

This policy exists to protect the time, craftsmanship, and materials invested in each creation.

5. No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

By placing an order, the client expressly agrees to this exception.

6. Fit & Alterations

We work carefully based on the measurements provided.

Please note:

Minor adjustments are a normal part of couture work

If alterations are needed due to incorrect measurements provided by the client, additional costs may apply

We cannot offer refunds due to fit issues resulting from measurement errors or body changes

7. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Customs authorities

Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, unforeseen circumstances)

Such delays do not justify refunds or cancellations.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before production in cases of:

Inappropriate communication

Unrealistic demands

Lack of cooperation during the design or measurement process

In such cases, any refund will be assessed individually.

9. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with Star Dance Clothes, the client confirms that they:

Have read and understood this policy

Accept that custom-made products are non-refundable

Agree to all terms stated above
